Hour of Slack #1761 – Snarcasm!

It was July 4 at 22X-Day Drill, and by the fourth hour of live blabbershow, Dr. Drummond and even Dr. Hal had pooped out — but Rev. Ivan Stang and Princess Wei had returned, re-energized. This thus sounds very much like a Stang Ranch or Cleveland show with Dave calling in, except that instead of Dave on the phone we had on stage our erstwhile Cleveland Heights neighbor, IDRMRSR, aka Mister Sister, one of the few official Church conservatives. He had been tippling a bit. (We managed to slide a little Lonesome Cowboy in the mix too.) Also represented are Rev. Watt deFalk, and music by Rev. Angry Larry with mystery accompanist X recorded live at 22X-Day Drill — complete with loud boorish drunks talking over it. Also: The Rudy Schwartz Project; The Skeletons (Psycho); and Dewey Cox (two songs from “Walk Hard”). LeMur’s cutting-up spices everything, and Mr. F. LeMur is actually discussed as a person by the only one of us who has actually met him!
